Amy Rothstein is an accomplished legal and corporate executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles, including serving as the Director of the Board at Arlo Technologies, Inc. since May 2019 and as the Group Chief Legal Officer and Head of Corporate Development at Tremor International Ltd. since August 2013. Previously, Amy held significant positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer at RhythmOne, following its acquisition of YuMe, Inc., where Amy was General Counsel. With a background in corporate mergers and acquisitions from Hewlett-Packard and private equity transactions at Weil Gotshal and Manges, Amy has demonstrated expertise in complex legal and corporate matters. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws from the University of San Diego School of Law, a Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Creighton University School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska.
