Gradis White is a seasoned educator and administrator with extensive experience in school climate, culture, and special education services. Currently serving as the District Director of School Climate and Culture and Discipline Hearing Officer for Arlington Public Schools, Gradis has held various leadership roles within the District of Columbia Public Schools, including Director of Strategic Planning and Principal of Intervention and Instruction. Notable achievements include reshaping school culture, training over 200 school personnel in behavior management, and implementing programs that improve student behavior and academic outcomes. Gradis holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Educational Leadership from Georgetown University, and is committed to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments for all students.
