Gradis White is a seasoned educator and administrator with extensive experience in school climate, culture, and special education services. Currently serving as the District Director of School Climate and Culture and Discipline Hearing Officer for Arlington Public Schools, Gradis has held various leadership roles within the District of Columbia Public Schools, including Director of Strategic Planning and Principal of Intervention and Instruction.
