Megan McLaughlin is an experienced educator currently serving as a 1st Grade Teacher at Arlington Heights School District 25 since August 2023. Prior to this role, Megan held various teaching positions including 5th Grade Teacher at Schaumburg School District 54 from August 2022 to July 2023 and Guest Teacher at Arlington Heights School District 25 from November 2021 to August 2022. Additionally, Megan has gained valuable experience as a Student Teacher at Paul Norton Elementary School, and as a Class/Lunch/Recess Supervisor at Arlington Heights School District 25. Alongside teaching, Megan has worked at Arlington Heights Park District since May 2014, taking on various roles such as Interpark Coordinator, Lifeguard, Manager, Swim Coach, Lesson Instructor, and Soccer Referee. Megan earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Augustana College in 2022.
