Ingrid Fredrix is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and consolidation. Since April 2016, Ingrid has served as the Head of Financial Accounting & Consolidation at ARLANXEO, where past roles included Manager Accounting and membership on the works council. Prior to ARLANXEO, experience at LANXESS spanned from May 2011 to March 2016 in various accounting positions, culminating in managerial roles and also included membership on the works council. Ingrid began the career at DSM from September 2008 to April 2011 as an Accounting Employee. Ingrid holds a Post HBO Financial Controller degree from ICM, obtained between 2012 and 2013, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, earned from 2004 to 2008.
