Iulia Păun is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and communications, currently serving as a Junior HR Change Management Consultant at Arla Foods since September 2024. Prior to this role, Iulia worked as an Executive Management Assistant at New Power Partners, supporting key executives and facilitating projects. Previous experience includes a Communications Coordinator internship at Erhverv Aarhus, and over a decade at IKEA in various communication-related roles, including Communication Business Partner and Communication Specialist for the Purchasing Operations in South East Europe and Pakistan. Iulia has also contributed as an Event Coordinator for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania and as a Human Resources Administrative Specialist at Dale Carnegie Training. Iulia holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Bucharest, along with additional studies in Social Sciences from Umeå University.
