Charlie Roberts has over two decades of experience in logistics and team leadership. Currently serving as a Logistics Team Leader at Arla Foods since February 2010, Charlie has held various positions, including Team Leader and Despatch Operator. Prior to this, Charlie worked as a Department Supervisor at Somerfield from April 2000 to January 2006. Charlie's educational background includes attendance at Dumfries High School.
