Casper Christensen is an experienced project manager and innovation leader with a strong background in the food and agrochemical industries. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation PMO at Arla Foods Ingredients since August 2019, Casper previously held project management roles at Arla Foods from June 2013 to July 2019, where responsibilities included leading a team of 30 employees in butter blend manufacturing with a focus on health and safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Earlier experience at Cheminova A/S involved managing long-term development projects for innovative agrochemical products. With core competencies in project management, innovation, and LEAN innovation, Casper holds a Master of Science in Engineering, Biotechnology from Aalborg University and additional business management training from Probana Business School and VIA University College.
