Lærke Hedely Jansen is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in both architectural practice and cafe management. Currently serving as an architect at Arkitema Architects since August 2020 and as the owner of Hedely Arkitekt since September 2019, Lærke focuses on preserving the cultural heritage of Skagen through respectful architectural design. Previous roles include an architectural intern at Arkitema Architects, where insights into large institutional buildings were gained, and front-of-house responsibilities as a waiter and cafe manager at Museumscaféen Brøndums Havehus, emphasizing guest satisfaction and team management. Lærke's educational background includes a Master of Science in Engineering, Architecture from Aalborg University and a Bachelor of Environment from the University of Melbourne, alongside a Bachelor in Engineering, Architecture & Design from Aalborg University.
