Noa Pdezur is an experienced finance professional with a strong focus on sustainable investments. Currently serving as the Head of Sustainable Investments at Arkin Holdings since September 2022, Pdezur previously held significant roles at Migdal Group from 2007 to 2022, including Head of Direct Equity Analysis and member of the ESG Investments Team. Earlier experience includes positions as an Analyst at Sphera Fund, Maalot, and Bank Leumi, specializing in various financial analyses. Pdezur holds two MBA degrees from Tel Aviv University, with a concentration in Finance and Strategy, and the University of Konstanz, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English literature from Tel Aviv University.
