Sebastian Hametner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sebastian most recently worked as a Business Development Manager at Arkeon starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at DO & CO AG from August 2021 to August 2022.

From 2017 to 2021, Sebastian worked at MM Board & Paper, where they held multiple positions including Innovation Manager, Program Manager Product Development, Project Manager Product Development, and Junior Project Manager New Business Development. In these roles, they were responsible for analyzing industry trends, improving processes and project management tools, and moderating steering committee meetings.

Sebastian further pursued their education at the same institution and completed their Master of Science in Strategy, Innovation and Management Control from 2014 to 2016.

During their studies, Sebastian also participated in two exchange programs. In 2012, they attended Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, focusing on New Product Development and Managerial Economics for a semester. In 2016, they had an exchange semester at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, where they concentrated on Global Strategies for Multinational Enterprises.

Furthermore, Sebastian has obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In August 2019, they completed the course "Circular Economy: An Introduction" at Technische Universiteit Delft. Additionally, in March 2014, they achieved a high score of 110/120 in the TOEFL internet-based test (iBT), demonstrating their proficiency in English.
