Thierry Parmentier is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Communication at Arkema since June 2019, with prior experience as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Alstom and Group Human Resources Director at Technip, where significant contributions included leading a comprehensive HR transformation plan. Previous roles include Vice President of HR for Product Group Structures & Mechanisms at Faurecia, HR Director at Atos Origin, and various HR Director positions at Schlumberger from 1989 to 2003. Thierry Parmentier holds a DESS in HR & Labor Laws from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a Maîtrise in AES from Universite de Lorraine.
