Fabien Schilz is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in operations management and nuclear safety. Currently, as General Manager of EMEA Organic Peroxides at Arkema since August 2016, Fabien has also held roles such as EMEA Intermediates, Minerals and Distribution Purchasing Director and Operations Manager for the Chlor-alkali and chlorinated derivatives plant. Prior to Arkema, Fabien served at Autorité de sûreté nucléaire (ASN) from 2010 to 2016, where responsibilities included Director of the Waste, Research Facilities, and Fuel Cycle Facilities department, overseeing 90 nuclear installations, and as Head of the Orléans regional office managing nuclear safety and radioprotection for 12 power plants. Fabien's earlier experience includes project management roles at COFELY UK - GDF SUEZ GROUP and EDF, focusing on heating and cooling networks and reactor safety reviews, respectively. Educational qualifications include degrees from École Polytechnique and Mines Paris - PSL.
