Dean Schexnyder has over three decades of experience in construction management, with a consistent focus on superintendent roles across multiple companies. Since June 2013, Dean has been with Arkel Constructors, overseeing job sites, ensuring safety, and managing the scheduling of workers and subcontractors while facilitating effective communication with owners. Prior roles include superintendent positions at MAPP from 2007 to May 2013 and M. D. Descant Inc from 1982 to 2007, where responsibilities similarly encompassed scheduling, cost control, and owner meetings. Dean graduated from Mansura High School in 1978 and has completed training at the LSU Fire Training Academy.
