Zeljko Radulovic has over 20 years of experience in medical research. Zeljko'smost recent position is a Senior Scientist at ArkeaBio, which they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Professor at Stephen F. Austin State University (2020-2023), where they established a molecular biology research lab, secured grant funding, and managed recruitment and training of junior scientists. At Northwestern State University (2017-2020), they established a molecular microbiology research lab. Zeljko started their career as a Research Trainee, Research Assistant, and later Senior Research Associate at the Institute of Medical Research (2001-2011). Zeljko was also briefly the Head of Laboratory for Medical Entomology at the same institution. In between, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Texas A&M University (2011-2017).
Zeljko Radulovic holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biology from the University of Belgrade, which they completed in 2010. Before that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Biology from the same institution in 2005, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2000. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Biomedical Responsible Conduct of Research and Institutional Biosafety Committee Member Training from CITI Program in October 2022.
