Lori A. Winn, Ed.D., is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in human resources and administration at Arkansas State University since May 2004, serving as Associate Vice Chancellor, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Human Resources, and Director of Human Resources. Prior to this role, Lori held the position of Branch Manager at ManpowerGroup from 1994 to 1998. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership, a Specialist degree in Community College Teaching - Administration, and a Master's degree in Political Science, all from Arkansas State University.
