Rose Mary Jackson is the Associate Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement at Arkansas State University-Beebe. Rose has been in this role since December of 2006. Prior to that, they served as the Director for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission from December of 1998 to December of 2006. In that role, they were responsible for business development and project management.

Rose Mary Jackson has a Master of Science in Leadership and Higher Education from John Brown University. Rose also has a degree from the LeadAR program at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Rose has completed the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma and has a degree in Economic Development from the University of South Florida.
