Cena Phillips is an experienced professional with a background in measurement analysis and procurement. Currently serving as a Buyer and previously as an Engineering Analyst at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation since May 2020, Cena has honed expertise in data analysis for accuracy in compliance with industry standards. Prior to this, Cena held the position of Senior Measurement Analyst at Flywheel Energy, LLC and Southwestern Energy, where responsibilities included analyzing measurement data, managing the installation of measuring meters, and preparing gas volume statements for accounting.
