Aeriel Maxwell-Wright is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Manager of Operations at the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement since March 2021, focusing on enhancing employee experience and driving HR initiatives. Previously, Aeriel worked as a Human Resources Senior Consultant at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences from April 2017 to March 2021 and as a Human Resource Specialist at Heifer International from December 2011 to April 2017, where responsibilities included benefit administration and HR compliance. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Operations Assistant and an Exercise Physiologist, showcasing a strong foundation in HR operations and healthcare.
