Chet Roberts has served as Senior Counsel at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield since January 1993, concurrently holding the position of Senior Litigation Counsel at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Chet Roberts earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law from 1983 to 1986.
