Megan Rozzana possesses a strong background in education and technical direction. Currently serving as an Academic Coach and Teacher at Arkansas Arts Academy since July 2015, Megan specializes in teaching language arts and reading to fourth graders, focusing on building rapport and fostering self-confidence in students. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Director and Graphics Tech at Fellowship Bible Church from September 2012 to January 2020, where responsibilities involved overseeing the technical team and managing service presentations. Earlier experience as a Retail Sales Associate at JCPenney from May 2009 to February 2012 contributed to a diverse skill set. Megan earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas and an Associate of Arts in English from NorthWest Arkansas Community College.
