Valérie Guyot has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on restructuring and structuring HR departments. Valérie has held roles such as HR Director at Infflux and Intersec Group, where they reorganized and deployed HR processes internationally. At Capsule Technologie, they created HR departments in France and the US, developed human capital, and implemented global policies. Valérie also has experience managing personnel representatives and legal activities, as well as conducting internal audits and implementing quality of work life agreements. Valérie has worked in various industries including software vendor, medical device, and aerospace.

Valérie Guyot earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International HR Management from Groupe IGS Formation Continue in 2014. In the same year, they also obtained a Master's degree in HRM from the same institution. Additionally, Valérie obtained a Master's degree in Work Psychology from Université Paris Cité between 1993 and 1998. Valérie has also obtained certifications, including an Arkance Basic Kit certification from Arkance in 2021 and a Prosci Taking Charge of Change certification from Prosci, delivered by Pathos Leadership, in 2023.
