Serena Xu has a wealth of experience in various roles. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Project Analyst for CCTV News Content, Research Assistant for the University of Macau, and Project Coordinator for the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2014, they served as a Conflict Lab Research Assistant for the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia University. From 2015 to 2020, they held roles as Talent Assessment Consultant for BLEEKER, Director of Talent Management, Human Resources Manager, and Service Product Manager for PalmDrive Inc., and Culture and Cognition Lab Research Assistant for Columbia Business School. Most recently, they have been Co-Founder & Chief Knowledge Officer of Ark7 Inc., a fractional real estate platform that provides self-motivated investors full control to diversify their portfolios and earn passive income.

Serena Xu's education history includes a Master's Degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University (2014-2016), a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from the University of Macau (2010-2014), and a High School diploma from Beijing No.4 High School (2007-2010). Serena also holds a Certificate in Cooperation and Conflict Resolution from the Morton Deutsch International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution. Additionally, they are currently studying International Economics at Aalto University.
