Gedalya David Gottdenger, LMSW, currently serves as Customer Service Team Lead at Ark Mortgage, where responsibilities include overseeing daily customer outreach and facilitating communication between Loan Officers and Servicing. Previous experience includes working as a Public Health Advisor at NYC Health + Hospitals, focusing on COVID-19 contact tracing in the Yiddish-speaking Jewish community, and as a Mental Health Clinician with the Mental Health Service Corps. Gedalya has also held clinical social work internships, providing mental health services to high-need populations and mentoring children from ill families. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College, complemented by an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Bramson ORT College.
