Mark McClain is a Cloud Engineer at Ark Data Centers since November 2017, specializing in configuring and managing security controls within VMware environments and developing automation scripts with tools like PowerShell and Python. Previous roles include Client Systems Analyst, overseeing server environments and advanced virtualization solutions; Client Systems Administrator, managing Windows and Linux server infrastructure; and Service Desk Technician, where Mark provided mentorship and support. Earlier career experiences also include technical support and network infrastructure roles. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems from The College of St. Scholastica and an Associate’s Degree in Network Administration and Cybersecurity from Lake Superior College.
