Octavio Heredia has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Director of Global Outreach and Extended Education at Arizona State University since July 2008, having previously held the role of Associate Director of Extended Education. Prior to this, Octavio worked at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University from December 2002 to July 2008, where the positions included Interim Associate Director, Manager of Systems & Product Development, and Technical Support Analyst Sr. Earlier career experience includes a role as Web Developer at Corporate Systems and Lead Programmer for WTOnline at West Texas A&M University. Octavio holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Engineering Science (Embedded Systems) and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Arizona State University and West Texas A&M University, along with Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Chemistry from West Texas A&M University.
