Carthelle Lyons is an experienced accounting professional with a career spanning over a decade in various roles within financial management. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum since January 2019, Carthelle has also held positions as Accounting Supervisor and Accountant within the same organization. Prior to this, Carthelle worked as Account Manager at Farmers Real Estate from January 2017 to November 2018. Carthelle's earlier experience includes serving as Business Office Manager and Business Office Assistant at Villa Maria Care Center, LLC from December 2004 to January 2017. Carthelle holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting Technology/Technician and Bookkeeping from Brown Mackie College-Tucson, earned between 2012 and 2014.
