Brian Fredell has diverse experience in various roles, including serving as a Servant/Cook at Arizona Snowbowl since November 2015, where responsibilities include food cooking, plating, and service. Prior experience includes serving as a Foreign Guest Relations Officer at Xiamen Central Hotel from September 2000 to August 2002, and as an ESL Educator while self-employed from June 1999 to August 2001. Brian also gained experience in client relations at Fidelity Investments from May 1992 to April 1994. Brian is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in TESL with a focus on Applied Linguistics and English at Northern Arizona University, where a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies with a specialization in Mandarin Chinese was obtained. Educational background also includes studies at Beijing Second Foreign Language Institute and the University of Utah, along with a high school diploma from Cedar High School.
