Gary Malhoit has an extensive background in engineering and patent practice, demonstrating a diverse skill set and commitment to both professional and community service. Malhoit has contributed as a Volunteer at the Arizona Science Center since October 2016, and previously held positions such as Senior Engineer at Salt River Project from 2008 to 2019 and BAE Systems from 2004 to 2008. From 2001 to 2019, Malhoit worked as a Patent Agent at Patent Practice, and prior to that, Malhoit served as a Principal Process Engineer at Motorola Semiconductor for 20 years, alongside early career experience as a Field Engineer at Bechtel. Malhoit holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Memphis and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
