Nick Miner CCIM is a seasoned commercial real estate professional currently serving as Senior Vice President-Investments at ORION Investment Real Estate since September 2012, where responsibilities include facilitating the buying and selling of commercial properties. In addition, Nick has been an instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business since March 2010, focusing on educating practitioners in the commercial real estate field. Previous roles include President of CCIM Technologies, Inc., where strategic transitions in technology were managed, and Vice President-Investments at Commercial Properties, Inc. Earlier experience spans positions at Eagle Commercial Realty Services, Colton Commercial, Marcus & Millichap, and CB Richard Ellis/MEGA, beginning a career in commercial real estate after earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Real Estate & Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
