Samantha Leighty has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and advertising. Samantha is currently working as a Senior Marketing Coordinator at the Arizona Diamondbacks since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Manager and then as an Associate Marketing Manager at Cities West Media, Inc. from August 2020 to January 2022. At Cities West Media, they were involved in implementing digital advertising and promotional trade assets, managing sales and marketing collateral, and working cross-departmentally with strategic involvement in publications and events.

Earlier in their career, Samantha was a Marketing & Advertising Intern at the Arizona Diamondbacks from January 2019 to April 2020. Samantha also worked briefly as an Event Manager at Nike in October 2019.

Before these roles, they gained experience as a College Ambassador at the San Diego Padres from February 2018 to June 2018 and as a USD Athletics Marketing Intern at the University of San Diego from September 2017 to May 2018. Samantha also served as the VP of Operations at USD AMA at the University of San Diego School of Business from May 2017 to May 2018.

Samantha Leighty completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration at the University of San Diego from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they attended Campo Verde High School from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in May 2018.
