JT McCreary has extensive experience in guest services and operations, having held various leadership roles across several organizations. Currently, JT serves as the Sr. Director of Guest Services at the Arizona Diamondbacks, following a tenure as Director of Guest Services with the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Guest Experience at the Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) and as Parking & Transportation Manager at Circuit of The Americas. Additionally, JT worked at SeaWorld Parks & Resorts Orlando, progressing from Supervisor to Assistant Supervisor in Park Operations for Rides & Shows. JT began a career in operations as the Coordinator of Festival Operations at the Sundance Institute.
