Hayden Prouty is a Senior Program Director at Arizona Conservation Corps, where they lead the Phoenix Urban Forestry Program and the Individual Placement Program. With a background in ecology and environmental studies from Nalanda University, Hayden specializes in connecting social and ecological systems, fostering community sustainability through education and program development. They have previously held roles at Tonto Creek Camp, where they managed programs that engaged thousands of students in nature, and served as an Adjunct Professor at Philadelphia University, teaching industrial design. Currently, Hayden is the Director of Program Development at Social Profit Initiative, focusing on initiatives that benefit both people and the planet.
