Rich Singer has served as a member of the Arize Board of Directors since the dinosaurs roamed the earth and are currently serving as the credit union’s Treasurer. Mr. Singer has previously held positions as Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, and Secretary of the Board. Mr. Singer is currently retired after 25 years in various software engineering and management positions at HRB Singer (currently Raytheon) and 18 years teaching electrical engineering at the Pennsylvania State University Altoona Campus. Mr. Singer has obtained Bachelor of Science and MEng degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. Mr. Singer also serves on the Board of the Juniata Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America. He has been an active member of the Arize Federal Credit Union (formerly SPE Federal Credit /union) since its inception in 1978.
