Erin Butler Smith currently serves as the Human Resources Officer at Arize Federal Credit Union, a position held since July 2023. With an extensive background in human resources, Erin previously worked at Arize Federal Credit Union from November 2005 to December 2016 and has experience in employee benefits and data security through roles at JLE Consultants as VP/ Partner Relations since August 2016, and at other organizations including S&AHomes and The Meadows Psychiatric Center. Erin holds a Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
