Fernando Torres is an experienced retail risk management professional currently serving as the Retail Risk Director at Aritzia since August 2022. Prior to this role, Torres held various positions at Gap Inc., including Central Territory and Athleta Asset Protection Director, where support was provided for Asset Protection initiatives across multiple brands, and Intermix Loss Prevention Director, focusing on protection initiatives for the luxury brand's stores and e-commerce. Additional experience includes serving as Athleta Market Loss Prevention Manager, where strategic protection efforts were implemented on the East Coast, and as Banana Republic District Loss Prevention Manager, contributing to the development of the District LP Manager role while overseeing multiple districts in San Francisco and New York. Torres attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 1997 to 1998.
