Paulmer Soderberg is a seasoned hardware design engineer with extensive experience in the computer and networking industry. Currently serving as a Hardware Design Engineer at Arista Networks since March 2017, Paulmer previously held significant roles at Oracle, including Principal Hardware Design Engineer and Senior Hardware Staff Engineer, where expertise in developing high-speed Ethernet switches was demonstrated. Paulmer's earlier career includes engineering positions at Sun Microsystems, Ericsson Fiber Access, and Raynet, showcasing a strong foundation in optical transport systems and telecommunications. Paulmer holds a master's degree in physics from the University of Utah and a bachelor's degree in physics from Lewis & Clark College.
