Niyati Thakore is an experienced Engineering Manager currently overseeing Design Validation Test groups, including EDVT, MDVT, NEBS, and HALT, at Arista Networks since November 2014. This role involves supporting high-performance software-defined networking switches for various environments such as data centers and cloud computing. Niyati has also managed web-based test automation tools development and ODM projects. Previously, Niyati held multiple engineering and management positions at Cisco Systems from May 1999 to November 2014, including roles as Engineering Manager and Lead EDVT Engineer. Earlier experience includes positions as a Sr. Software Engineer at Itron and a Software/QA Engineer at ISRO, where involvement in the Spread Spectrum Technology Project occurred. Niyati holds an MS in Electronics and an MCA from Gujarat University, along with additional education from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
