Dan Ragasa is a seasoned professional in manufacturing operations and engineering with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations at Arista Networks since May 2021, Dan oversees functional test development engineers and test infrastructure development. Prior to this, Dan held the position of Director of Operations at Cisco from June 2012 to November 2020, managing a $20 million annual budget for prototype and development while handling all aspects of new product introduction (NPI) operations. Dan’s earlier experience includes serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Arista Networks from August 2008 to June 2012, focusing on NPI operations and cost analysis. Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology, earned between 1989 and 1992.
