Jayesh R. currently serves as the Director of Workforce Management at Arise since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jayesh held positions as WFM Lead - Real Time at Coinbase from April 2022 to January 2023 and as Manager WFM at DNEG from January 2018 to April 2022. Jayesh also worked as Manager of Workforce Management at Jio between January 2016 and December 2017, and as Manager at Sitel from June 2013 to January 2016, focusing on Business Analysis and Business Intelligence. Jayesh began their career at Tech Mahindra, where the responsibilities included team leadership in Business Intelligence and Operations Planning, from August 2008 to June 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive - WFM at WNS Global Services from May 2006 to August 2008, with a focus on scheduling, central planning, budgeting, and real-time monitoring.
