Mohammed Shafayat is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Consultant at Arinco since May 2023, Mohammed previously held multiple positions at Powernet IT Solutions from May 2019 to May 2023, including Service Response Team Leader and Proactive Solutions Consultant. Prior to this, Mohammed worked as an IT Support Engineer at Healthscope for a brief period in early 2019 and as a System Administrator at Thomas Duryea Logicalis from December 2017 to March 2019. Additional experience includes a role as a Service Desk Analyst at Datacom in 2017 and significant tenure at Telstra from July 2012 to May 2016, where responsibilities included customer relations and complaint investigation within the Customer Resolution Group.
