Rukshani Aponsu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and operations management, currently serving as the Chief Projects & Delivery Officer at Arimac Lanka since November 2014. Rukshani oversees global project delivery, serving as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors while implementing best practices in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management (PPPM). Previously, Rukshani held roles as Project Manager and Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities included facilitating new service developments and managing company operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Earlier career experience includes working as an Engineering Executive at Dialog Axiata PLC and as a Computer Instructor at SLIIT. Rukshani's educational background includes postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management and Project Management at Loyalist College, an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire, an Advance Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA, and a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology from SLIIT.
