Kent Dubbe is a seasoned human resources and organization development executive with over 25 years of experience. Since 2001, Kent has served as the Vice President of Human Resources & Organization Development at Ariel Corporation, a privately held energy field manufacturing company with over 1,000 employees. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at HOLT CAT and The Longaberger Company, as well as various management and supervisory positions at 3M from 1985 to 1998, where responsibilities included supply chain process management and organization development. Kent holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Training & Organization Development from the University of Minnesota.
