Lisa Grant is an experienced professional with a strong background in logistics, sales, and business development. Currently serving in the Final Mile department at Arhaus since January 2025, Lisa previously held the role of Senior Leader for Home Delivery at RH from April 2021 to January 2025. Prior experience includes a Business Development position at TPP Healthcare, where Lisa contributed to cross-border transactions for biotech companies between the US and China/SE Asia, and roles in sales and marketing at Genentech, sales operations at Sanofi, and various positions at Merck, including Training & Development Leader and Regional Sales Manager. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
