Kristen Phillips is an experienced retail professional with a diverse background in training and management. Currently serving as a Regional Trainer at Arhaus since November 2016, Kristen specializes in training new hires, new management, and existing staff. Previous roles include Store Manager at Bassett Furniture Industries from April 2018 to March 2019, and Store Manager at Lovesac from June 2013 to November 2016. Kristen also held positions at Dillards as Executive Store Manager and at Kohl's Department Stores as Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing HR processes and managing large teams.
