Owen Rapaport's work experience includes co-founding and serving as the CEO of Argus since 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from 2019 to 2020. Owen was also a Board Member and Secretary-General at Oxford Global Model United Nations from 2015 to 2020. In addition, Owen has held various internship positions, including a Management Associate Intern at Bridgewater Associates in 2018, a Business Development Intern at Quorum Analytics in 2017, a Software and Business Development Intern at HR4ALL in 2016, and a Software Developer Intern at Major League Baseball Advanced Media in 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Latin Assistant Teacher at El Colegio Internacional Canadiense in 2014 and as a Summer Intern at Saxelby Cheesemongers in 2013.

Owen Rapaport completed a Web Development Immersive program at General Assembly before pursuing their education at the University of Oxford. At Oxford, they studied Classics from 2015 to 2019.
