Jim Washer currently serves as the Editor In Chief at Argus Media since March 2020. Prior to this role, Jim Washer had an extensive career at Energy Intelligence from July 2001 to March 2020, holding several key positions including Executive Editor, Operations; London Bureau Chief; Editor of Petroleum Intelligence Weekly; Editor of International Petroleum Finance; and Corporate Correspondent. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Editor, Energy, EMEA at Bridge Information Systems from January 2000 to June 2001 and various editorial roles at S&P Global Platts from December 1991 to December 1999. Jim Washer holds a Master of Arts degree in Modern and Medieval Languages (French and German) from the University of Cambridge, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
