Director of Strategic Alliances at Argos Risk

Eldene Rosenwinkel, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. From 2009 to 2017, they held various roles at JCPenney, Love From Companies, HOM Furniture, EY, 3M, Minnesota Department of Revenue, Softgiving, Laker Educational Foundation, and Argos Risk, LLC.

At JCPenney, they were a Division Manager and Department Supervisor, where they were responsible for driving profit and growth plans for Women’s, Juniors, Home and Window Covering departments. Eldene increased the store’s largest-volume consultative sales division annual revenue by 11%.

At Love From Companies, they were the Store Manager, where they consulted with senior executives on short-term projects to enhance sales force effectiveness through process improvement, change management, and role optimization. Eldene also assisted in launching a new store concept and merchandised displays.

At the Minnesota Department of Revenue, they were an Auditor and Revenue Tax Specialist, where they analyzed small businesses’ financial documents and best practices on collecting and remitting sales and use tax to the Minnesota Department of Revenue.

At Softgiving, they were a Relationship Manager, where they assisted the start-up with sales and marketing strategies to launch an innovative product and educate non-profits on leading-edge change giving digital donation solutions.

At Laker Educational Foundation, they were the Director of Development and a member of the Board of Directors.

At Argos Risk, LLC, they were the Director of Strategic Alliances and Strategic Alliance Manager. Eldene was responsible for marketing communications and the development and management of Argos Risk's strategic partners. Eldene was also key in nurturing high impact partnerships, while proactively working with the leadership team to coordinate representation at tradeshows and speaking engagements while managing email campaigns for partner sales teams and clients.

Eldene Rosenwinkel has an extensive educational background. In 2012, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Eldene also earned a Fundraising Certificate from the University of St. Thomas that same year. In 2014, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
