Brian Serp is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in HVAC and Building Automation Systems Commissioning. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Parsons Government Services Inc. since April 2018, Brian also holds the position of Mechanical Commissioning Specialist at ARGO Systems, LLC since June 2014. Previously, from September 2007 to June 2014, Brian worked as an Engineer at Lutz Engineering, Inc. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where studies took place from 1996 to 2000, and completed high school at Calvert Hall College from 1984 to 1988.
