Malaika Bellon currently holds the position of Senior Expert Reward & Benefits at Argenta since September 2023 and also works as a Freelance Payroll & HR Consultant. Previously, Malaika was a Payroll & HR Consultant at PZ from April 2019 to December 2021, and served as an HR Officer at KMDA vzw between April 2017 and March 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as an HRIS Consultant at Deloitte Belgium and Capgemini, from June 2015 to March 2017 and September 2013 to May 2015, respectively. Malaika's education includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science in Handelswetenschappen from the same institution, completed in 2012. Additional training was pursued at Syntra Antwerpen en Vlaams Brabant between 2014 and 2016.
