Kristina Utter is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management at Argenta since August 2020, Kristina leads a team within Clinical Services, managing projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution while providing support and training for new Project Managers. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at KindredBio, where Kristina oversaw cross-functional teams and managed significant budgets for product development, and Manager of the Clinical Trial Supply Group at Boehringer Ingelheim, focusing on clinical supply management. Kristina began a veterinary career as a Licensed Veterinary Technician and holds an MBA from Elon University and a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Technology from Michigan State University.
